Customer enquiries
When you submit an enquiry using the embedded Zoho Forms form, we receive the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, company, product requirements, quantity, requested date and message. We use these details to respond, discuss requirements and prepare quotations. Our lawful basis is generally our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries; steps requested before entering a contract may also apply where appropriate. Please do not submit recipient lists, medical information or other sensitive personal data.
Service providers
Zoho Forms hosts and processes the enquiry form and its submissions. Zoho Mail delivers enquiry notifications and manages our correspondence. Cloudflare hosts this website and provides network security. Embedded Zoho Forms may collect technical information under Zoho's own security and privacy practices. The website also loads Google Fonts, which sends browser request information to Google. Our providers may process data outside the UK; applicable provider terms and international-transfer safeguards must be reviewed before launch. See our cookies and security notice.
How long we keep information
Our intended retention period for unsuccessful enquiries is 12 months, subject to implementing deletion for both Zoho Forms submissions and corresponding Zoho Mail messages. Active customer, contract and legally required records may need to be kept longer. This policy must match the retention and deletion procedures actually in use.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@gatherandgift.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Security and marketing
We use HTTPS and restrict access to customer enquiries. We do not use this enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing emails, and we do not sell your personal information.
